Can someone be so misfortunate through out their life persistently, or will it all end one day?

If you are asking if it is technically possible well then yes. But most f the things you listed are not beyond your control, drives and college exams? you just need to try harder. Having your family murdered infront of your eyes, not so much. If you dont put in the effort yes you wil fail your drivers and yes you will fail college and yes you will always fail unless you work harder, they are not out of your control. Is it possible to have things that are out of your control always happen to you? yes but its not very likely, post people get a good years recovery time..
