Christians who believe ity is a sin: how would you define perversion?

If you think uality is a sin, you would presumably see it as a perversion - correct me if i'm wrong. If it is, would a sterile man and a post-menopausal woman marrying also be a perversion? What's the difference, and what's a perversion?
