Help fill my empty void in my life?

Hello, My name is Angela and I live in NC. some years ago here in this small town in which I live my mother gave birth to a little girl that was born on Dec 18, 1970. One day my mother gave my sister to a from DSS and I never saw my sister again. But one day my mother was cleaning up she threw my sister birth certificate in the trash and I removed it from the trash and have held on to it for some 37 years now. I have spend countless money on many different ways to try to find my sister and I have had no luck up to now I often look at others to see if they look like me in or any of my family. again I have her birth certificate, that tells her birth date, mother, father and so on, if any one have any suggestions, please help fill the empty void in my heart that has been empty for 37 years now.... I beg of any one that have positive information to please help me . Thanks in advance for your time and information.
