Does a PSAT score of 232 qualify me for the National Merit Scholarship (NMSQT)?

When do letters of commendation come in? I took the PSAT last fall and I'm still a junior, but nothing has come in the mail as of yet. Should I be concerned? Does this mean that I didn't qualify for anything?
