If your brother is a nurse in a hospital he certainly will understand that getting your period is a normal, natural thing. (he should weather he's a nurse or not). He's had a girlfriend and obviously she's had her period and was comfortable enough to leave tampons in the house. Go to your brother and talk to him. I'm sure he will help you.
