Costa Rica Information and Recipes?

So my spanish cl does this thing called "tapa tuesdays". We either bring in interesting information about costa rica or some food testers. The information has to be INTERESTING! haha. and ive looked at food recipes like the rice and beans, but that just seems like a little too much for a big cl. Do you have any ideas? thanks =]
