do you know that there is little ethnic differnce between the hutu and tutsi? one raise cattle and one farm the land. thats what sets them apart. so if a tutsi become a farmer, he becomes a hutu. cattle raising is higher on the social scale then the farmers though. so if a hutu becomes a cattle raiser, he is now considered a tutsi.
