What should I do to get fit?

well if your concerned about your wait what you need to do is first control your eating portions still eat what you eat but take so much of it if your eating pizza just take one peace. pasta one bowl figure out good portions for you and stop when your full. if you feel full but you still want more try to control your appetite stop. as far as exercise you could start by doing walks around the block and every day go for a bit longer. loosing wait is NOT easy but it IS possible. if you have a tredmile or some sort of exercise machine that is great. so control your appetite and exercise. after a couple of months and you stay commited you will have lost weight. but once you have dont go back to how you used to eat and not exercise or else you'll just be right back at the starting line. i hope that help's.
