Does anyone know where I can order Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa powder ?

Amazon charges too much ($29.94 + $11.45), and I have to order 6. To order just 1 on eBay is $6.25 + $5.15. Is there ANY OTHER WAY to get this stuff??? (You'd think I was trying to get a live dodo bird that can do card tricks...)
