How to attach a CFRP panel to a vehicle steel frame?

I am working on a race car that I want to lighten to the extreme. I want to cut out sections of the roof, floor, and rear quarter and attach reinforced carbon fiber panels to the steel structure. How can I do this to retain and increase rigidity using chemical bonding techniques?
