Ouran High School Host Club.....?

The anime is finished, but the manga isn't....How are they different? I watched the anime and was bummed out that it didn't have second season or a live-action. It was just so short! Should I read the manga? Also, does the manga have the same amount of romance in it? Hmmmm....
