(this really only involves California's laws sorry :D) So, I'm too young too vote but I was looking over the propositions, especially prop 8. I don't get why you would vote yes on prop 8--aren't gays people too? And don't use religion as an excuse. Religion should have nothing to do with the rights of a person. I was never very good at yzing poetry, but here goes. Well, the italicized part is obviously a prayer. I believe the prayer is actually in the background. She is in a church, so it's being said by someone else. It's irony that she is in the bathroom of a church sad and depressed, in the midst of prayer. For as far back as I can remember, I've always had the strangest thoughts. Okay, so, I know that we're supposed to listen to people of higher authority, but I mean they always bring it up. It kind of annoys me, I lose respect for them when they bring that up every single day. Ferroli Modena 80 Central heating boiler problem??? Please HELP!!?

I've got a Ferroli Modena 80 boiler which ramdonly switches the warm water (as if you started the central heating??) This only happens for about 30 seconds and then switch itself off but frequently happen every half hour, which is very annoying!!! I've switch the boiler off/on and also reset it, I've even look at the timer and even reset that so there's no timer programmed. But it still occurs!! Since this has started one of my radiator upstairs has started to make clicking sounds every time the boiler is goes on/off for 30 seconds. It's very annoying!! Please HELP! any info is very much appreciated.

SAT Reasoning Test scores?

1470 is slightly below average. most people get 1500+. I scored a 1400 but i plan to get atleast a 1600. it's possible to improve those scores though so don't worry. i would aim for 550s in each section on the october exam! good luck i know you can do it!

you have to speak to someone about how you're feeling, i know you want to try and be strong but going on like this without help will make you worse. I had PND after my son was born and my husband basically had to drag me to the doctors surgery as i was worried incase they'd say i was a rubbish mum and to pull myself together. I was prescribed anti-depressants and they helped a great deal, really lifted the dark cloud that was looming over me. I had trouble sleeping, was very low , could'nt even be bothered to wash and dress myself, had horrendous temper outbursts and cried for no reason. My husband was incredibly understanding, if it was'nt for him i think i would've given up. My PND did'nt appear until my son was maybe a month or two months old, or at least that's when it started to get really bad. Please go and speak to your doctor, who can diagnose you and get you on the right treatment you need. Speak to your mum, sister and partner as they'll be more than happy to help you out with the kids when you need a break. Keep your chin up hun, help is only a phone call away. xx

Hello, My name is Angela and I live in NC. some years ago here in this small town in which I live my mother gave birth to a little girl that was born on Dec 18, 1970. One day my mother gave my sister to a from DSS and I never saw my sister again. This is a paper for English cl? An actual essay? This sounds a diary entry. Exactly grade are you in...? Well, first off, the casual tone irritated me a bit(i.e. "point blank pissed off). Considering this is an ENGLISH paper, SLANG is a no-no. NEVER USE SLANG. The use of similes was a nice attempt, but they need to be reworded. One hint, the heart does not lie within the stomach. Nor can it. "Like tires filled with air, too much, ready to burst" This is redundant. Fix it. Never ask the reader questions("What had I done wrong?"). If you're asking yourself the question, be sure to say so, preferably in quotations. The ENTIRE paper is choppy. Add some transitions and compound/complex sentences. Almost all of the senctences start with "I...". You need to add variety in order to keep the reader interested. DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT use vague pronouns("this girl..."). Yet another way to bore the reader. Add detail instead. The final paragraph started off strong(I particularly liked the introductory sentence), but quickly became weak. You need to use stronger adjectives and avoid useless, vapid repetition, i.e. "what _____ is, what ______ is." There are nouns for those, hun. Be sure that the introductory sentences of each paragraph actually introduce the paragraph, rather than continue the previous one(that would defeat the point of adding a new paragraph). Fix punctuation, grammar, etc. Just a reminder: Use more sentence variety! Reading a plethora of choppy, boring sentences bores the reader. Oh, I will note, however, that I liked the concluding sentence of the first paragraph. The "atom bomb...". THAT was nice. However, don't abuse the figurative language(you used some consecutive similes. It seemed a bit forced and repetitive). Well, I hope I helped. YOU BETTER NOT HAVE DELETED THIS BY THE TIME I FINISH.

So my freshman and sopre years I took all the hardest cles I could (1 AP, pretty much the rest honors) and got As on all the tests BUT I never saw the point in doing homework so I ended up with almost ALL Bs. This year I've gotten better: I'm taking hard cles but keeping up very well in work and being very active in cl. Last semester I had 1 B and all the rest As (2 APs) and so far in this semester I have all As. My cl rank is terrible still. How much will this hurt me in getting accepted to my first choice universities: UNC-CH, UCLA, UVA, Clemson, Syracuse? I took the ACT a couple months ago and got a 32. I've been preparing and I'm taking it again in April and the SAT in March and the SAT subject tests. My test scores are absolutely no big deal for me. I can raise them easily I think. I've played, so far, 3 yrs of varsity athletics, very involved in fine arts at school (band, theatre), eagle scout, young democrats. Next year I am taking 5 ap cles. Is my cl rank going to totally f***me over in getting accepted? What can I do!?

It's all about adaptation in college....welcome to college. You're going to have many professors who you do not like or who are not always fair. You just have to remember that these things do not define who you are. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. :) I do not think this should negatively impact your college education or grades. Talk with other members on the swim team. If everyone really hates this person, then surely you can all sympathize with the other...how did everyone else on the team manage to stick through it/adjust in college? Be open and talk with others. These plants are all tropical so I think they need to stay inside aka in a controlled environment. Venus fly traps are awesome, sun dews, pitcher plant, all great plants! I believe chlorine is the reason they can't have just any water, something we used to do for our carnivorous plants was at night we would fill a pitcher with water and let it sit for a day or 2, this allows the chlorine to evaporate. Don't use plastic, you won't like the results nearly as much. I would suggest using gl. When I buy pickles from the store or buy jam, mayo, etc (anything in a gl container), I just save the container, clean it REALLY well and then set it aside until I'm ready to make some tasty home-made pickles. If you don't have anything like that, you can go to the store and decent sized jar for cheap.

Do you have a tall slimmer tank or a normal rectangle shape tank? If it's tall and slim, the angel probably won't bother the algea eater b/c angels tend to hang out towards the middle/top and won't go to the bottom of the thank to bother fish..usually, but exceptions to everything. They might bother the sword, but I don't know. Angels love love love plants and they love lots of them, line the back of your tank with plants, see if that distracts them and makes them happier. They are a semi agressive fish and the tetras are a community fish, you take a risk mixing them, I'm sorry, but that's just how those fish are. Try the plants and see what happens or get a take divider and just divide the angels from the rest of the fish.

We live in Utah and on February 2, 2009 purchased a vehicle from a local prominent auto dealership with a voucher from an Internet based lender. The dealer also had us execute a finance contract with them that contained terms that were identical to those ociated with our voucher. We drove the vehicle off the lot and have been driving it since that date, with a temporary permit issued by the dealer that had an expiration date of March 12, 2009. When that date was approaching and we still hadn't received our license plates from the State of Utah we contacted the dealer, several different times and spoke and/or left messages for different people asking why we hadn't received either our license plates or payment book etc. We were never given any answer other than they were still in the process of having our loan funded. Just two days ago we received a phone call from the dealership telling us that they were unable to get our loan funded through our voucher because they had lost their status as "an approved dealer" with this Internet lender, due to their having some kind of conflict of Interest because of their relationship with an affiliated lender. They told us we have two options: (1) to return the vehicle to them - with no charge whatsoever to us for the vehicle, or (2) to find a co-signer (with impeccable credit) to help us finance the vehicle with one of their other lenders. We really like this vehicle and want to keep it. We have a finance contract executed with the Dealership that appears, on its face, to represent a contract between us as the buyer and them as the seller (finance party) that I believe any common person who knew nothing whatsoever about our transaction would determine by reading just that one doent that they (the dealership) are the party to whom we are obligated to pay - meaning that they have in fact financed our loan. We told them we are ready, willing and able to make all payments to them called for in this contract. They respond by telling us that they do not internally finance any vehicles and that the law is in their favor and have given us until this coming Monday (2 days from now) to either return the vehicle or provide a satisfactory co-signer. Are they legally obligated to finance our vehicle? - keeping in mind that it was 2 1/2 months from the date of sale until they ever notified us of a problem...

My whole PC keeps freezing?

My mouse, keyboard and whole system keeps freezing. Sometimes can run all day fine, but other times like this morning, it has froze 3 times within half hour. When this happens, the clock freezes so the only way I can reset is by turning off at the wall, as ctrl alt & delete does not bring up the task manager. I have tried all sorts of programs ie: advanced windows care, ccleaner, antispyware etc but not working. I have also hoovered out all the inside of the box, but still not working. I am after some new ideas if possible, before the only thing is to buy a new one....... (does not freeze if we are working on it, only when nobody is using it, and I have checked the power settings in the control panel which 'never' turn off any power supply.

I have purchased a dog of which was meant to come with paperwork... It never came. I contacted the breeder on which she said that the previous owners should not have said that as she retains the paperwork. I thought 'great I know where they are now'... People die in car wrecks and plane crashes all the time, yet we go on with them. Radiation is not something to be laughed at, but the danger is not the extreme the media is making it out to be. Nuclear energy is clean and provides power to an energy hungry world. There is no better substitute right now that can provide clean and reliable energy. I wish there was, but that is not the relaity. Wind mills and solar plants are not ready to step in and oil and coal pollute, albeit much cleaner than in the past (and I would use now until again something better comes along) BUT will always be dirtier than nuclear. Unless you want to go back to horse and carriage with the 9 foot piles of manure on every corner like NY a hundred years ago, nuclear is the solution until something better comes along. Use nuclear to make us energy independent and use the money we would ship to buy energy from foreign sources and invest in even safer and cleaner choices.

Ok so here is the story. I met a neighbor of mine on june 12 and was invited over his place for drinks. I didn't have a babysitter so i couldn't. The next day i was out on a walk with my son and he was headed toward the park so we started talking and getting to know each other. He kissed me. We exchanged numbers. We started texting and he asked me to meet him for a good night kiss but i didn't. I got a hold of the babysitter the next night and i went over his place where we had mind blowing 4 different times. Then he walked me home. The next day he didn't talk to me at all then the day after he said nothing just walked right up to me and kissed me. We met the next day for a hot makeout session near my laundry room. Then he again didn't talk to me the next day. Then after he text me randomly and said he was going to stop by and see me. We made it clear we'd be just friends with benefits. The day he stopped by we had another hot moment of pion. I said it sucks sleeping alone and he said well you better be sleeping alone and i said why im not your gf you wanted it that way and then everything changed. He stopped texting completely and we slowly came to a halt on . We stopped talking for 2 months and 4 weeks ago he was heading to the gas station and i was on my walk and he walked up to me and kissed me. We walked to the park and spent the majority of the evening snuggled up. Now he is back to not texting or talking and he keeps getting this attitude when we're together.
